The E-commerce intern is responsible for planning and implementing the market business plan to drive B2C e-commerce channel operations (website and mobile) for our website.

• You will be in charge of e-commerce campaign operations (set-up, testing and activation), including supporting seasonal campaigns and optimizing ongoing website content to meet business objectives, ensuring a consistent, contextual and relevant customer journey across all e-commerce platforms (including desktop and mobile).
• Ensure an agile and bug-free user experience on the website following customer brand guidelines.
• Support incident management for any major issues affecting conversion rates.
• Implement the SEO strategy on the website: keyword research, implementation of SEO recommendations, monthly analysis and improvement measures,...
• Support the pre-owned website: website optimization.

• Relevant degree with strong web knowledge and experience (digital mindset)
• Knowledge of CMS platforms will be considered an asset (Shopify Plus platform is a plus) 
• You are motivated to successfully complete several ongoing projects.
• Precision, reliability and vigilant attention to detail.
• Comfortable with information technology and architecture.
• Proven experience in delivering end-to-end user experiences in a digital context.
• Strong organizational skills.

• Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
• Understanding of Google Analytics is a plus.
